A fantastic opportunity for a highly creative, results driven individual to take this growing company to the next level. As Head of Buying you will lead, manage, motivate and be responsible for the buying function and the supply chain to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will:

• -Set and lead direction & strategy for all own-brand and branded product
• -Drive own-brand product design and development
• -Be commercially focused with an entrepreneurial flair for product
• -Have strong retail or product background with proven ability to drive change
• -Have a real understanding of buying patterns, competitor activities and trends
• -Think both tactically and strategically for the long term
• -Have excellent communication and proven analytical skills
• -Have significant commercial negotiation experience
  
  
• -Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
• -Have a collaborative and involving approach to work
