WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES

We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Operations team on a temporary basis to support the fulfilment of Christmas orders. Based on the Westfield Trading Estate in Radstock, Midsomer Norton. Ideal candidates will assist either the Picking, Dispatch, Re-work or Replenishment teams with the picking and dispatching of customer orders. These are temporary positions with a competitive salary.


As a Warehouse Operative, the role involves:
• Picking and dispatching of customer orders
• Daily loading and unloading of deliveries and collections
• Assisting in all areas of the warehouse
• General house keeping
• Completing daily tasks set out by your team leader
• Time keeping, good attendance and positive can-do attitude essential

WAREHOUSE MANAGER - LATE SHIFT

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Operations team leading our late shift operation from 2pm – 10pm (Monday to Friday); based at our busy distribution centre on the Westfield Trading Estate in Radstock, Midsomer Norton. The ideal candidate will be an experienced warehouse and people manager; although we may consider applications from experienced supervisors, looking to take the next step with their career.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an inspiring ecommerce business. You will be responsible for taking a lead in the receiving and processing of inward deliveries, stock replenishment, dispatching of orders, stock taking and stock management. This is a very busy role where you will be joining a fast-paced warehouse environment. As Warehouse Manager you will also be hands on with the daily tasks as well offering guidance, training and development for the team. SAMPLE COORDINATOR – JOB SPECIFICATION

ROLE SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a Sample Coordinator to join our Product & Creative team, based in our Head Office and warehouse in Frome. The successful candidate would assist the Quality Control Manager with coordinating the samples process and with the organisation and smooth operation of our Sample Warehouse. The role is 100% on-site, but hybrid between being office and warehouse based. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week), and is a permanent position (following a three-month probationary period).


RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sample Coordinator, the role involves:
• Working closely with the Quality Control Manager to follow-up from meetings: collating product information and calling suppliers to chase details and delivery
• Coordinating the sample process and the organisation of the Sample Warehouse: responsible for handling and sending back samples, measuring and photographing samples, tracking sample budget, and booking products in and out of stock.
• Working with suppliers to ensure all product information is accurate and up to date: measuring / materials / care and technical info.
• Building and checking flat pack furniture and instructions
• Liaising with our Shoot Coordinator to help organise samples for shoots
• Responsible for sample movements
• Checking website products details / categorisation / images / hyperlinks etc.
• Repacking samples & disassembling flat pack
• Assist our Buying Administrators with checking contents and instructions of new products
• Working with our Customer Experience Team and all internal departments as required


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Administratively very strong especially with the Microsoft suite of programmes including Excel, Outlook and Word.

ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking someone to join our busy Merchandising team based at our HQ in Frome, Somerset on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, organised and have the ability to effectively manage and prioritise a range of admin tasks. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with internal departments and suppliers to obtain and manage stock information to ensure we can provide excellent customer service.
Previous knowledge and experience in dealing with suppliers and managing purchase orders is preferable.

DIGITAL DESIGNER

ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head of Design, the Digital Designer will work alongside the existing creative team and play an important role in the design process, producing high quality design work from concept right through to finished artwork for web and mobile assets including all company branding, website, email and social assets.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• A degree and/or equivalent in-house or agency experience in a similar role with a minimum 4+ years experience
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills
• Excellent typography skills
• Understanding of After Effects and video
• A strong portfolio demonstrating all aspects of digital design work across various customer touch points, ranging from image manipulation, creative digital assets and web banners
• The ability to problem solve and think on their feet and who is experienced enough to know when a job just needs to happen, but also knows when to push back and question the brief for better results
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to create beautiful artwork to tight deadlines
• The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure and juggle several projects at the same time
