PR MANAGER

Cox & Cox arose from a desire to create a unique collection of homeware products that couldn’t be found elsewhere, with customers encouraged to find their own style and to love every corner of their home. Today our collection continues to curate natural style for design lovers of all tastes, with every detail for a look that is distinct, harmonious and always unique.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team and drive forward brand awareness and customer engagement for Cox & Cox. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated self-starter who has a passion for home interiors.
Responsibilities include:
• Build strong relationships with press and media contacts.
• Develop seasonal PR campaign plans and pitching schedules.
• Create and distribute regular press releases.
• Brief seasonal PR materials, including look books and supporting assets to the creative team.
• Organise press events and meetings to strengthen existing media relationships and nurture new ones.
• Identify and develop brand partnership opportunities to build brand awareness and reach new audiences.
• Manage the press inbox responding to all media enquiries and coordinate press loans and image requests.
• Create news and brand stories, not just product placement.
• Maintain our press database and press media library.
• Monitor performance and produce monthly PR reports.


Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years PR experience
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• A creative thinker with a passion for home interiors who can generate original ideas to get the brand noticed

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVISOR

Department: Customer Experience

Location: Frome
Contract Type: Permanent – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Travel Required: Potential Travel to other sites, Located in Midsomer Norton


What you'll be doing As a Customer Experience Advisor at Cox & Cox, you will be working as part of our in-house Customer Experience team based in Frome.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting and responding to their queries both over the phone & Via email.
You will be expected to be an effective member of the Customer Experience Team providing outstanding services direct to all customers in line with the vision and values of the organisation


Day to Day responsibilities
• Dealing with a range of customer queries on a daily basis and handling anything from general enquiries to complaints - via various contact methods, Email, Calls & Live Chat
• Manage large volumes of communications in a timely and professional manner (calls, emails, web chat)
• Take ownership of issues and ensure satisfactory resolutions achieved with minimal escalations achieving right first time, every time
• Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues
• Carry out a range of processing tasks and handling of customer calls ensuring relevant productivity and quality measures are achieved for our customers in line with specified process and procedures.
• Providing information about our products
• Feeding issues back to the wider business
• Issuing refunds
• Achieve personal and team quality, productivity, and volume targets
• Ensure that all HR policies, Company Handbook and procedures are consistently adhered to – completing appropriate supporting documentation and utilising formal processes as and when required
• Carry out any other tasks/projects reasonably requested by your manager


What you'll need
• Experience of working within a Customer Service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude.
• Adaptable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work under pressure
• IT Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
