Career Opportunities at Cox & Cox

It is an exciting place to be here at Cox & Cox and we’re inviting diverse people and unique talent to the business. In return, as we mature, we offer individuals the opportunity to flourish alongside us in a happy HQ with a friendly, open environment. Benefits include regular training and mentoring sessions, a ‘birthday in bed day’ on us, generous staff discount and private health care, pension and discretionary bonus schemes. Some of our advertised roles are full-time office based, where others offer a hybrid working environment between our Frome head office and homeworking offering flexibility to staff. We like to think we make beautiful rooms from happy people (and the décor in the office isn’t bad either).
