To clean, simply lightly brush or vacuum the surface in the direction of the nap.
If spills occur, spot clean only.
There may be some small pressure marks from the packaging. These should come out naturally once the bed is assembled.
Due to the nap of the fabric, when brushed in the wrong direction, it can leave a non-permanent mark. Simply use a clean fabric brush to slowly brush the marks out.
Our Two Man Delivery service costs £65 and takes up to 10 working days.
You will be contacted within 3-5 working days of your order to arrange a delivery slot. Please tell us then of any access issues that may hinder delivery.
The team will deliver to the room of your choice and remove any packaging.
