Ensure your parasol is completely clean and dry before storing moisture can cause a build-up of mould or mildew.
Most items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused, saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging. We are only able to cover the cost of returns for faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched items.
