Our pergola has been designed to remain standing in your garden

We would not recommend that you dismantle your pergola due to potential for damage to the structure and lost parts. The structures are normally secured into position with bolts at the bottom of each post.

The pergola should be installed in a semi-sheltered area to prevent wind damage.

In the spring we would suggest that all bolts are checked and tightened.

Pergolas with textiline roofs are designed as sun shades and are not waterproof.

Delivery & Returns

This is a large/heavy item which will be delivered by a 2 MAN team. Delivery costs £60 and is available to the UK mainland only, this item takes up to 10 working days for delivery.

Once your order has been placed, our 2 MAN team will then contact you directly, within 3-5 working days, to inform you of the delivery slot available.

Your delivery team will carefully position the item in a room of your choice and upon request will dispose of all packaging. Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are wide enough for it to pass.
