Buyer’s Notes

Our Square Coffee Table Ottoman is a classic piece which will unite all the components of a stylish living room.

Crafted to the same exacting standards as all of our new made to order upholstery collections, this ottoman features a streamlined firmly cushioned top and hand-turned oak legs in a grey washed finish.

The ottoman can be upholstered in a wide range of colours and fabrics to complement your existing living room furniture and offers endless potential for styling, as well as fulfilling a valuable role as a useful table, footrest or even occasional seat.

 

Piped edges

The smart piped finish which distinguishes this range is completed by hand.

Hand turned legs

This range features hand turned and polished feet.

Handcrafted in the UK

All our custom sofas are hand built to order in Derbyshire.

Take Note

  • Legs are removable.
  • Any creases or displaced filling caused by shipping can be easily smoothed and redistributed.
  • Never drag your furniture, carefully lift by the base to protect the frame.
  • To care for your piece, avoid sitting on edges and arms.
  • Upholstery fabric is durable, but it is important to react quickly when dealing with a spillage. Large amounts of water will harm its surface, absorb any wet stains swiftly with a clean dry cloth, pressing down not rubbing. For additional care advice, please see our Upholstery FAQs.
  • Due to screen display variance, we always recommend you order a fabric swatch before purchasing furniture with custom made upholstery.
  • This is not an engineered product and is hand finished throughout - there is a tolerance of +/- 3cm for all items.

This item is custom made especially for you and will be delivered within 8 to 10 weeks by our 2 MAN service.

Delivery costs £65 per order and is available to the UK mainland only.

Our delivery team will contact you as soon as they have collected the product from us to inform you of the delivery slot available.

Our delivery team will carefully position the item in a room of your choice and upon request will dispose of all packaging. Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are clear and wide enough for it to pass.

Please inform our 2 MAN service of any access issues both outside and inside your home that may hinder delivery, for example, small narrow roads, small doorways and corridors.

Returns and Refunds

Before buying your custom made items, please check the dimensions of each product and that it will fit in your intended room. Please also check that it will fit through any doorways, hallways and staircases. Our made to order upholstery collections come with a 10 year guarantee covering the structure and materials (excluding fillings and coverings). Your made to order item may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of delivery.
