It is an exciting place to be here at Cox & Cox and we’re inviting diverse people and unique talent to the business. In return, as we grow, we offer individuals the opportunity to flourish alongside us in a happy HQ with a friendly, open environment. Benefits include regular training and mentoring sessions, birthday in bed on us, generous staff discount and private health care, pension and bonus schemes. Some of our advertised roles are office based, where others may involve home working for now. When restrictions ease, a hybrid working environment between our Frome head office and homeworking will offer flexibility to staff. We like to think we make beautiful rooms from happy people (and the décor in the office isn’t bad either).
