If you engage with our social media accounts, we might ask for your permission to share your imagery or content across our platforms. If you’re happy for us to do this, please review the following conditions:

By giving your permission for Cox & Cox to use your imagery or other content, you warrant that the image or content is your intellectual property, and grant Cox & Cox an unlimited, un-exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, free of charge license to use such content in our advertising, marketing and promotional materials. This includes but is not limited to: website, emails, catalogues, video, blog posts, social media and digital display, either through our Cox & Cox’s own services or the services provided by third-parties.

You will also be automatically entered into a monthly draw to win £100 of Cox & Cox gift vouchers. One winner will be chosen at the end of each month and will be announced on our Instagram and Facebook pages on the first working day of the following month. Normal Gift Voucher T&Cs apply. No cash alternative. In order to claim your prize, you must message Cox & Cox with your contact details and where to send your prize.

Where possible, Cox & Cox will credit your social media handle in the form of a tag or image caption.
