Our acacia wood styles have been treated with PU as a sealer and with an acrylic top coat so you do not need to treat the acacia elements before use. However, to preserve the authentic colour, we recommend you sandpaper the wood yearly and add a new layer of transparent PU coating.
To prolong the life of your set it should be brought indoors during the winter months and during wet weather.
We recommend using a breathable cover to protect your furniture over winter or through extended periods of wet weather. Our medium cover is a good fit for this set.
